How do I hire my first AI employee?

Go to AI Workforce → Hire AI Employee. You can either run the AI Hiring Interview (recommended) or pick a pre-built template from the Agent Store. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.

What's the difference between Simulation and Live mode?

In Simulation mode, your agent plans and previews every action but doesn't send real emails or make real changes. In Live mode, actions execute for real. Start in Simulation to review your agent's strategy, then switch to Live when you're confident.

Why isn't my agent executing goals?

Check that your agent's status is Active (not Paused or Training) and that you haven't hit your plan's hourly execution limit. You can see your usage in Settings → Billing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel Plan'. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your agents will be paused and your data preserved for 30 days.

Can I export my data?

Yes. From the Weekly Digest page you can export activity reports as CSV. For a full data export, email us at [email protected] and we'll prepare a complete export within 5 business days.

Is my business data used to train AI models?

No. Your business profile, leads, and agent configurations are used exclusively to power your own agents. We do not use your data to train models for other customers.
